The one bathroom was very small. The bathrooms have very small water heaters. As a result the hot water would get finished after 1 person showered. There was 1 pot and pan that was very old and needs to be replaced. If these issues are fixed I am certain that it would make the stay more comfortable.

The hotel staff at the front desk were extremely welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. They gave us an early check-in before 12pm and accommodated a late check-out at 4.30pm at the end of our stay. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms had all toiletries provided. They provided bottles of water every day and tea and coffee is also provided. The cleaner was very helpful and was happy to assist in showing us how to use the washing machine. He also provided us with a clothes rack to dry our clothes. I am happy with the service and hospitality of all staff members who made the extra effort to make our stay comfortable.

Everything the hotel offers is excellent. The staff are amazing and very helpful. The best hotel experience I had. Would definitely book it again on our next trip Ensha Allah. Keep on doing great Sun Park Hotel..

I highly recommend these suites for family, very clean and comfy. I have chosen two bedrooms with breakfast that were sent to our suite, it was so delicious. The location was good and not far away from korniesh and the floating mosque. A special thanks goes to Tariq and Abo Khalid for their help and kindness.

It would be great if the hotel has contacts of taxis that the guests can hire.

We had interconnecting rooms. The rooms were clean. Toiletries were provided. Breakfast was served in the room (we had paid for it). The staff in the hotel and at the reception was very courteous and helpful. The hotel is also accessible by wheelchair.

A small couch could be better and much more comfy than the two single one seater sofa in the junior suite. The tiles in the shower cubicle should be looked at and given much more attention when cleaning.

The cleanliness and the service we recieved was top notch, the bed was very comfy and the bedsheets was snow white and well ironed. Breakfast was very very good, with the option of breakfast been deliverded in your room. We had a family next door who were very loud late in the night and at dawn, we logded a complaint to the reception and to our surprise we were given another room on a different floor. Our flight was late in the night and upon request were we permited to check out late in the evening. Thank you very much to the whole team especially Mr. Turki for your effort and willingness to help which made our stay a pleasant and a memorable one.

Everything was great. The staff were very attentive and helpful, everybody at the hotel was so pleasant. We really liked our stay here. Rooms were clean, complementary water, breakfast in the room - everything was on the spot. There's a covered terrace outside which is great for hanging out. Would return and recommend staying here!
