Bed is not supercomfy, staffs are not well oriented in English communication. Receptionist was misunderstood about my 5 nights stay , however It is solved according the hotel rules and I paid 50 percent of one night more stay that I was not informed ,however staffs are polite and co operative. But manager , Mr MOHAMMED is well educated and good manager. No hair dryer.

Location is good for all spots. But rice related food is not around , only one grocery shop that is opposite of big busy road in gas station. In morning no available breakfast around except breakdawn. Uber available all times. Room is spacious but furniture is old model , bed is not supercomfy but acceptable according to price of the furnished apartment. Location great. Staffs are good. In ShaAllah, I don't mind to try this apartment again.

There was a washing machine, but it was very old and was not automatic. There was a sink and a fridge, but we expected a microwave oven. There was a dining table for four, but the table was unstable and rocked a lot.

The view was amazing. There were a lot of different types of restaurants nearby. There was a supermarket and a petrol station just opposite the hotel. The staff were friendly. The beds were comfortable. There was a fridge, which we used. It was spacious and since there were six of us, I loved it. There were two toilets, and that was quite convenient.

1. No landline in room for contacting at reception 2. Wifi is of no use. No network at all 3. No watter bottles , Electric kettles , tea/ coffee pouches in the room 4. Only 1 towel per room. We were 2 members on demanding 1 more towel they didnt gave. 5. Bathroom drainage system is inccorect water at a particular area becomes stagnenet the also no mobs were kept so that we can renove water by ourself

It was a pleasant stay with family. Good services and very good location, neat and clean. Recommended for families to explore Abha. It is in the heart of City, Prime locations are very near.

Rooms are not same as shown in pictures. Bed was terribly hard to sleep on. On suite bathroom doesn’t have functional toilet with commode. Shower was broken due to which water flow was very slow. No kettle, microwave or any dishes in this service appartmnt.

check in process took 1 hour because room was not ready at check in time. due to location, traffic noise from below can be annoying.

Value for money. Large room with sala and mini kitchen. plenty of comfortable chairs. location is right smack in the center of everything. family friendly. cleaning staff are polite and responsive to requests.
