ItalyThere was construction work right in front of the hotel, which caused early morning noise. The gym is a bit small, and the breakfast was just average. I also didn’t appreciate being charged bar prices for a fresh orange juice, which should have been included in the breakfast.
The room is clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff is kind. The price is reasonable and reflects the quality provided. There are many shops just around the corner, making it convenient for any needs

NetherlandsNot a negative but in opposite of the hotel is a construction site (which is currently not uncommon in Jeddah) so it might get noisy from the morning on until late afternoon. That's part of city life. We had our room in the front of the hotel with a good view, the rooms at the back most likely have no view as the building at the back seems only inches away.
We had a great overall experience. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The lobby was nice with seating space. The room was clean and cleaned daily. The bathroom was a bit on the small side, but it wasn't bad. It had decent amenities and so had the room itself. No complaints about the room. It even had floor to ceiling windows, so we could enjoy the view. There was a gym and a pool on the top floor, but the pool was said to be under construction. The breakfast was great, there is a great variety of food incl. pastries, fruit, vegetables etc. Also water bottles were provided. Would not mind having my breakfast here every day for a year. The location of the hotel is fine. You can walk to the nearest mall, street with shops or playground for kids. It's a lively area, but not crowded. It's a good location to take a taxi from. From here it's easy to go and get to see, Al Balad, any mall, any corniche or get to the airport. It's a convenient location. We would stay again.

Perfect service, cleanliness, hospitality The director of the hotel Mr Mohamad( egyptian) was exceptional he is serving everone everwhere: in the reception, in the restaurant even to carry customers luggage ..so helpful , polite and smiling.May ALLAH bless him The restaurant chef was helpful too and supervising every lack of food or drinks to renew it immediately and also he is aware about food allergies which sometimes cannot be found in very famous hotels

The staff 11/10 - a credit to the hotel. They were magnificent. Rooms were clean, spacious and comfy with all relevant mods. Location is good. Right near the mall and restaurants.
