Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Cleanliness. Timely shuttle to haram although it leaves a little far where one has to walk slightly uphill and then down to Haram. Staff especially the cleaner staff.

United Kingdomwas an uphill walk, so used a bit more energy and got tired quicker. Was tiring walking back to the hotel after completing umrah, spending time around the haram. Sheets were slightly dirty. Wasn't too fussed as it was towards the bottom of the sheet. Covers were clean however the inside sheet was covered in yellow marks. Bathroom smelt a bit like urine, no matter how much it was cleaned.
Location was close to haram, around a 15 minute walk. Room was cleaned daily, water, shampoos and other little bits were topped up regularly. Staff were friendly. Check in and check out was simple and easy. Late checkout was requested without any problems.

Sri LankaI would like to bring to your attention a safety concern regarding the shuttle service. During my get off with my wife & child , the driver closed the door without ensuring all passengers had fully exited. This resulted in a narrow escape from potential injury, as the door began to close while we were getting off. I kindly request that drivers be reminded to confirm all passengers have safely exited before closing the doors in the future.
