Having to change elevators, even though the waits weren't long in my case, that's the only thing I didn't like

Room furnishing needs upgrades Air conditioning need to be fixed. The ac in bedroom area was not working properly. There was moisture smell in the bed room area which got removed after 2 days after putting two air purifiers in the room I found hallways were warm and humid during this visit which was not the case in my prior visits Grouting in the shower and around the sink were all stained. Probably because those are not sealed. Persistent problems from my last several visits is the water flows out of the shower areas outside into the sink area. This problem is in every room every floor ( as I had stayed in multiple rooms over the years) Either relevel the floor for water flow or whatever needs to be done

Dinner and breakfast buffet mainly serving middle eastern food- but they have super tasty red sambal Limited no of waiters at the buffet areas. Many times I have to clear up my own plate

The rooms are amazing- very clean and comfortable There is a prayer area on level p13- very ideal for the elderly Plenty of available lift - short waiting time Easily accessible for other amenities at the shopping complex The butler for the room are very helpful and professional

My recent stay at Raffles was absolutely wonderful, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly nice and friendly, making the entire process easy and convenient. The suite itself was a highlight – remarkably spacious, impeccably clean, and very well furnished and equipped with everything one could need. What truly set it apart was the breathtaking panoramic view directly overlooking the Kaaba, which was simply fantastic and deeply moving. Every aspect of my visit was seamless and delightful. A huge thank you to the entire team at Raffles for such a memorable experience!

The Suite was big and comfy. Breakfast was delicious. Location is the best thing in the whole journey. Prayer room was fantastic.

The location is exceptional, hospitality and welcoming is very high standard. The staff were so friendly and professional they even offered me a free upgrade which I really appreciated I needed that gesture I was having a bad day. The room is so clean, sheets are so comfy and not consumed. The bathroom is amazing the view is outstanding. The breakfast buffet was so big and had so many different dishes. I really hope this hotel doesn’t ends up like other clock towers they started strong and now it’s not suitable for human. Thank you Raffles for making my stay outstanding.

The entire stay was amazing, from the location to the cleanliness and the staff. The food was diverse and the quality was great. I really can’t say enough about the staff and their friendliness, they were so helpful and accommodating. Lastly, the location is truly unparalleled when it comes to convenience.

I checked in very late at 5:15pm and already let the property about my arrival time but I had to wait almost 1hr in the reception to receive the room card. What is the point of letting the property my arrival time if they can’t make the suite ready for me in time? I think 1hr wait means they have miscommunication and miscoordination.

The room is clean and has everything we needed.
