Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomWhilst the coach is provided for transfers to haram, the timings provided by the hotel are not strictly kept to, sometimes due to factors outside of their control but other times well.within their control. This does mean that you waste lots of time waiting for the coach or in the coach for a journey which takes only 10 mins. This brings lots of uncertainty and anxiety which I personally am not keen to suffer again. The bus station near Shohadah hotel is full of 3rd world chaos which I honestly don't want anyone to experience. So in short the coach transfer does let the hotel services down in a big way. The hotel is a bit out of the way for usual taxi routes but yes taxis can either drop you half way or take a detour across makkah to drop you somewhere convenient. I will let you make your own mind on this. There are other hotels that have more convenient drop off points and more disciplined schedules which does make the guest experience much better.
Good things first, good value for money. Nice rooms and bathroom with beautiful decor. Good towels and toiletries in the room. Room was cleaned daily and bedding refreshed. I didnt use the inhouse restaurant so cant comment on that or the parking etc. The location is not bad. Lots of shops, food places, barber salons etc. I walked to Haram once and it took me about 40 minutes or brisk walking.

Saudi ArabiaThe room size is a bit small, i was not much space to pray in the room if you decided to. Well its the hotels fault, but there is not many restaurant option available in there area.
This is the third time I'm staying here twice with family and once with friend, all 3 time I was really happy with the Hotel and its great value for money. Everything was great Staff were very helpful, I had booked two room requested them to provide me room next to each other and they did. We requested 2 wheelchair and they brough it right away. The room was Clean and had all the things available which a person needs. The breakfast was good, good quality food and good verity of food. The Bus was available but my family didn't use it, but was coming after every 1 hour.

United KingdomDistance - but can’t complain as it’s value for money. Buses are chaotic at first getting used to it is difficult at first. Also buses during later hours from 10pm onwards on the timetable scheduling they provide shows a limited service running. This is sometimes different on the ground in the bus station.
Room cleaning was great although didnt use it much Prayer room is excellent. Buses are frequent but could be chaotic at first getting used to it.
