Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Saudi ArabiaAt the time of booking we have mentioned that the family 2 adults and 2 kids will be staying and we booked breakfast during our stay but at the time of breakfast we were told that the breakfast will only be allowed for 1 kid and 1 adult and the for second adult we have to pay. Secondly there is no mention of the early check in charges. The hotel has a policy of charging extra amount for early check in if you want to check in 1-2 hours before their allowed time. This should have been mentioned at the time of booking.
Room was clean, staff was helpful, breakfast offered was nice too. You can call the room service people at any time to clean the room.

PakistanThe bed size was extremely small. I would have preferred slightly wider beds. I could hear the kids in the next room all night. The soundproofing needs to improve. The shower pressure was not good enough. There were no toiletries in the bathroom.
Shuttle service was very good and always on time. Zero hassle. (Although the dropoff location is approx. 1km+ walk from the Haram (Gate 79) to reach Mataf. Room was smallish but clean. 2 beds plus 1 sofa cum bed.
