The Egyptian staff was unfriendly, showing little interest in assisting me. They didn't take the time to provide any information about the hotel or the local area. Instead, they simply handed me a paper with a support number and hurried away. This experience was disappointing and did not meet my expectations for hospitality.

Private pool is not private at all as they installed transparent fabric around the unit. (not fit for women who wants to enjoy swimming). What seems to be easy solution they failed to do it properly for some reason. The playground area around the pool seems like unfinished work (concrete ground. Lacking any tree or green area) The bathroom (sink hole smells terrible). And eventually the whole unit becomes unbearably foul with smell

Cleaning, quality, and timing need to be reevaluated. In the villa, there is a designated corner for coffee and a microwave, but it lacks a sink for cleaning glasses. Furthermore, the villa is insufficiently furnished, with a lack of chairs, tables, and other essential furniture. Additional areas also require better attention. The terrace, in particular, needs improved servicing. There needs to be more supervision in the green area between the villas, as some people are using it to play football, which is quite annoying.

Location is good facility as general is good and have many utilities for entertainment

I hope to have discount for the beach activities for whom have reservations Jet ski is very expensive and the horse riding Restaurant options limited to one restaurant ( I suggest to have specialized restaurant in see food ) Need more bars for beverages and coffee

The facilities that were advertised were not available. The reception staff were unwelcoming and unhelpful when asked. Overall, the resort could have been nice; however, it is not properly maintained, the staff lacks hospitality, and the villa is subpar.

The only good thing about the property was the access to the beach.

However, there are areas that require improvement. The sofa and chairs in the villa were stained, and we encountered cockroaches and ants. The shower had low water pressure, and the water kettle was faulty, though it was promptly replaced. While we appreciated the sandy beach and sea view, we were concerned when a horse passed by and defecated near children playing in the water. The expansive surroundings featured lush greenery, a spa, and a 24-hour mini market. The pool, though lacking a lifeguard and available towels, could use some maintenance.

Local breakfast is served at the restaurant, which offers a lovely sea view. The accommodation we stayed in had a charming garden view, providing a sense of privacy. The staff members were respectful, responsive, and efficient. Children enjoyed various activities available nearby, such as a play area for a fee, as well as affordable water sports.

The service is poor, the prices are unreasonable and the hygiene of the chalets on top of the beach side.

The property is one of the best in town but it can be much cleaner from the concept of the chalets and the beach side. They need more of regular maintenance.
