Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomDuring my stay, I experienced issues with the WiFi connection in my room. While the WiFi worked well in communal areas, the room's connection was unreliable. Hopefully, this feedback can help improve the in-room WiFi service for future guests.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Province Al Sham hotel, Madinah, perfectly situated just a 5-minute walk from Masjid Al Nabawi. What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality extended by Hassan Al Awadhi, who made us feel right at home. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

The location was very near to Haram. Just 2 to 3 minutes walk away. The room was neat and clean and the room service was also good. Extra pillows were provided as well. Breakfast was having very good options. Overall our stay was superb.
