Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe biggest let down of my stay was the wi-fi connection. Incredibly poor. A very low speed and sometimes completely inoperable. I had a long stay (almost a month) and at times I needed the internet for work and was just very unreliable. I highlighted the issue to the staff and despite their best efforts to send maintenance personnel not much was resolved. Another issue was the lack of connectivity for the smart-tv which is just an expensive LCD screen that has few basic tv channels. No possibility to connect to streaming apps at all (maybe it's related to the poor wi-fi system). These two issues should be dealt with as they are critical nowadays, especially for such a reputable hotel chain.
By far the hotel's staff is their biggest asset and I simply cannot praise them high enough for their exceptional customer service. Everyone from the cleaning, gym, restaurant and front desk staff always go out of their way to assist you and make you feel welcome. The hotel location was also really nice, on the waterfront in north Corniche area, having access to the Ubhur promenada and a really nice seafood restaurant nearby. The view was also stunning. Another major positive was the breakfast quality and variation, always having fresh food in the morning.

Saudi ArabiaOnly had a problm while checking in. My reservation was a suite with sea view. The receptionist insisted the reservation wasn't for a sea view. So I asked to see the suite. When we went upstairs, the suite was sea view. I had actually entered the suite without checking in 🤣. A receptionist then called and politely apologized. A wonderful stay overall.
We enjoied tow days staying at Four Points. The location, staff and viewing are great.

PakistanProperty needs maintenance. Especially the entire property needs a better paint job. You can actually see patches of unmatched paint. It seemed a little off given it’s Sheraton. Its way too far from the city center which is a hassle as uber is really hard to find and not cheap
The staff were really friendly, checked in quite fast. Breakfast lunch dinner buffet amazing. A little expensive but the food and offerings were great. The best part was the bed. Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in.
