Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. United KingdomThe hotel is located quite far from Masjid Al-Haram. Although a shuttle service is provided during prayer times, it is not particularly efficient. The bus drops guests at the far end of Ibrahim Al Khalil Road, from where it takes a further 15–20 minutes on foot to reach Masjid Al-Haram. Getting a taxi directly from the hotel is also inconvenient, as it requires navigating through several local roads before reaching the main routes.
It was value for money.

PakistanThe staff could improve their communication skills with guests. Only the male receptionist was friendly and had a good attitude, the others could be more attentive and friendly. Also, the room fridge was inefficient, we had trouble to store insulin in it.
Overall satisfied with the experience. Hotel was clean and well equipped with all necessary amenities. Location is a bit far from haram but they have shuttle service. Good value for money. They also facilitated a very late check-in.

United KingdomIf you’re not able to walk for 15 minutes to the masjid al Haram (can be quite difficult in the midday heat especially if you’re not used to it) you’ll have to get a taxi since there’s no shuttle
Hotel was comfortable, clean and the staff were quick, friendly and helpful. Very good for the price and only 10-15 minute walk to the Masjid al Haram, taxi is around 10 SAR and takes about 3 minutes.

The hotell is near the Masjid Al Haram and it's very easy to find a taxi that can drive you anywhere you want. Only a 20-25 min walk to Masjid al Haram.

Room was spacious and big for a 3 star hotel. Reception staff were great and always happy to listen to our opinions. Free coffee and dates was available throughout the day. Bus service was excellent and dropped off close to the haram.

GermanyLocation: far-away from Haram, there is a regular bus shuttle, but they drop us far from Haram, then we have to walk about 15 minutes to reach Haram. I booked a single bed room, but after I arrived, they told me that currently they have an available room with 2 small beds, and this room was in the smokers stair. I am not a smoker. I have accepted as I had no other option.
