Location was excellent Spacious and comfortable beds

Small breakfast area, could be improved. Basic Cutlery not provided (plates, glass, pan etc) although kitchen is there, perhaps they don't want the guest to do quick cooking.

Multiple things to be fair , first I’ll start with things in the facility . I didn’t like the food quality I expected it to have more choices the food was repetitive same buffet every day they would change one or two items but the same dishes every day and the food quality was in general not good plus ppl would come use their hands to pick food up and I saw someone sneezing directly on the counter so hygiene wasn’t the best which made us not wanting to eat again , now the cleaning staff was lacking I kept requesting tissues and each time they would bring one box at a time which is ridiculous knowing that we were staying in a suite with two rooms two bathrooms . The location was a disappointment I know that they have nothing to do with the neighborhood but it is a reflection of the experience in the hotel and the neighborhood specifically the street behind the hotel was dirty trash on the street so the view from the window was trash it was unpleasant and I’m sure the could find a solution calling the بلدية so they can fix it or something plus the suite was next to the exit door and it was noisy the staff using the door and it makes a very loud sound each time

The underground parking was full, but there was parking available outside.

The facility competes in quality with any good 5 star hotel. Simply flawless I visited Jeddah after 9 years and loved the place and hospitality of entire crew at the hotel. Reception as well as staff at breakfast restaurant. The hotel must be very proud to have such staff

Good, clean hotel, spacious rooms.

Nice breakfast, good location, hotel is quite and comfortable, generous room size, very clean. Friendly staff and helpful. There was problem with Air conditioning but I immediate response and was fixed straight away.
