Nice clean room excellent staff

Every thing was Fine

Hotel was high standard

Didn't clean and service my room in 6 days despite requests. Toilet Rolls were extremely poor quality not appropriate for such high spec hotel.

Mash Allah tabarak Allah The room was spacious, had beautiful decor, the room had a beautiful big bay window where you could look at the mountains, and at the beautiful modern opposite buildings and allows you to enjoy the sunshine , playing the recitation of Quran in the corridor quietly is amazing, having a beautiful mosque next to the hotel is so nice, having shops close by is so convenient, the sign of qiblah in the room is just a touch of joy, having a holy book and a prayer mat in the room is a great way to get you do your worshipping in peace. The two ladies who work at the reception were extremely helpful very informative great communicators well organised and would make you feel comfortable and welcome. The hotel is clean and well maintained throughout. Outstanding reception area plus the cafe area. Burning a traditional Saudi incense in the corridors and in the reception area is a great touch I loved it. Keeping the corridors cool and fresh all the time is a great idea to keep us cool during the summer season. It’s easy to get to the masjid al haram as there are different ways of transportation. I was able to see the clock tower at the masjid al haram from my room. The room was exactly how it advertised on their site. Excellent

No clothes iron, no ironing board, no microwave, no jacuzzi , no bath robe, teabags weren’t covered, no tea spoons.

New furniture & clean room with good size, there is a masjid next to the hotel

There is no isolation for the room, all the sound outside is inside the room and vice versa, the design of the room is not good the door open directly to the beds, no privacy space, the door stopper is dangerous and could harm the guest, the tea come without cover!!!!
