Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

THE HOTEL LOCATION IS 5.5KM FROM AL HARAM BUT THE HOTEL IS VERY GOOD VERY CLEAN AND HAS SPACIOUS ROOMS, THE PAKISTANI HOTEL IS VERY NEAR AND HAS DELICIOUS MEALS, A MARKET, AND FAST FOOD IS VERY NEAR,, THEY HAVE SUTTLE BUS SERVICE ALSO FROM THE HOTEL TO AL HARAM BUT I DID NOT AVAIL IT. THERE IS ALSO A LAUNDRY AT ROOF FLOOR FREE OF COST.

United KingdomThe bus service was not great, somedays took almost half hour to get to haram, it needs to be more frequent as it means if you miss it you have to wait until the next salah to even see another bus. Also drivers need to be more freindly.
Good value for money, close to food outlets and staff are freindly. Also rooftop as multiple laundry and dryers. Beds also very comfortable.

United KingdomNo shuttle service to the Haram, apparently it's only on during Ramadan, they advised to use the free bus service but they are always ram packed and you can't get on. Beds and pillows weren't that comfortable. Azan is pre recorded and played during the salah times which I didn't like as giving the Azan has great reward, shame they prevent people from giving it.
Hotel staff especially Burhan Uddin and Mohammed Noor. Location although not near the Haram, it's close to local shops and restaurants and a Mosque around the corner. Free WiFi in the rooms. The shower was blocked it was fixed promptly. Air conditioning was great.
