Saudi ArabiaNeeds to improve as below were my observations: 1. No cloth towel (only disposable) 2. I was given a room with bathroom having a traditional bowl (difficult for myself to use) 3. Shower needs to be improved 4. Water from shower smells, like coming from an old tank or deep well 5. I was asked to pay in cash, instead of Mada Card, citing machine is not working 6. FREE breakfast, BUT NOT the coffee! I had to pay for Americano Coffee.

Qatarhonestly , i am wondering how Bookings.com rated this facilities 4 stars , compare to what i had seen this hotel hardly rated 1 star .
Honestly speaking , Hotel facilities were very bad such as room wall had many damages / holes . Bathroom was not Hygenic and walls had holes and no towels . Hotel has no room service .

Saudi ArabiaThe Staff, toilet is not American Standard bowl. Breakfast is not good. Front desk is not knowledgable about his job like when I want to pay for two nights he said that I will be charge on a daily basis and after a while he knocks on my door and ask to pay for another night. He even told me that they dont accept major credit card and they accept only Debit Card. I told him to try my MasterCard and it goes well .
