The golf carts and even the cars are driven too fast, making it risky for the kids and even the pedestrians.

Everything was wonderful. They were kind to give us late checkout that really helped us given that we were traveling with kids. All the staff the location and facilities. Mr. Sufiyan was extremely helpful and saught to all our needs. The gentleman at the restaurant that seats us was also very kind and polite with us and the kids. Will definitely come back

Staff need some training.. not helpful slow response. Facilities and shops close at 12 should be extended especially in weekends. Water pressure in the shower is weak. Slow check out process. Location is good bit far from city and no close shops or services. Price should be reduced to match the value.

Cleaning service is really bad and slow, I had to call them 3 times and they promise a time then they don’t show up. Finally they came around 6pm and send only 1 person to clean 3 bedrooms Villa (it took him 2hrs to finish work).

No family swimming pool.The one at female side was not functional. Water park within the resort boundaries was restricted for males. Another pool was with charges around 345 SAR for 2 hrs .Water sport were quite expensive as compared to other resorts.

- The allocated area for swimming is too shallow and you cannot swim.. maybe kids can but the water reaches my knees in the deepest area that i am allowed to go.

It's not value for money. The charges are exorbitant and almost all facilities inside require extra payment. Like using the pool table, table tennis, ice hockey table needs seprate payment. There is no exclusivity. They have 2 outdoor pools which are open to public, so theres a huge crowd in the pool too. The breakfast had very few items, not even a live egg station. The rooms are very small. There is just 1 tv in a 3 bedroom villa.

The Resort is beach facing has some activities to offer.

During my stay, I found the bed mattress to be a bit uncomfortable, and the pillows didn’t provide enough support for a good night’s sleep. A softer/more supportive mattress and better-quality pillows would greatly improve guests' comfort."

Beach: The beach access was incredibly convenient, steps away from the property. The shoreline was clean and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing or taking a stroll. The sunsets were breathtaking! Pool: The pool area was a great alternative—spacious, clean, and surrounded by comfortable loungers. It was a peaceful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. However, the pool was a bit crowded in the afternoons.

The bed mattress can be more comfy for good night sleep and the windows net screens needs fixing so we can enjoy the weather and the waves sound.

The water activities and costs can add up but there also other things to do without paying so if used well it's worth the money.

It was calm and serene. The resort was clean and comfortable. It has beautiful views and the staff were amazing from the receptionists to the cleaning staff were all so welcoming and kind.

Everything was excellent, Pool, theatre, Fun zone for kids, also beach as much as can they keeping clean but all the beach of Half Moon Bay have a stones.

Gym available for men only after 2:30pm, air condition split unit in front on my bed which is bothering.

Private beach and swimming pool for ladies. Gym not mixed men and women. Men swimming pool is awesome I like it. Resturant room services got reasonable prices.

The beach is very unimpressive. It looks like a pond. No waves. No feeling of beach. The sand on beach is very hard looks un natural.

The property is quiet. Swimming pools are perfect. Rooms are clean. Challets are capacious.

The price is a bit expensive. The loopagona park is only for ladies and kids only at age 6. I wish they have another day for family because I have a boy only 10 yrs

- Towels in swimming pools with rent fees - No Room service after 12:00AM - The sea beach on the men's side needs care and cleanliness for the swimming area inside the sea by removing the stones. Also it needs to have beach bar to serve customers with water & cold drinks

It was too far away from main city and service was little poor. They charged extra for towel at pool area that was very annoying

Property was very well built. It had many things to do specially for kids.
