Excellent location, completely exceeded my expectations. Super clean, incredibly helpful staff all around. The free shuttle to and from the Haram was so convenient. Honestly one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long while. Would highly recommend and I intend to stay here again insha'Allah if I am given the opportunity to return.

Room size, for a triple bed, was quite small. One bed was smaller than the other and hardly any place in between.

Front desk staff and dining hall staff were very professional and courteous. Food Quality was also very good. Free shuttle to Haram.

Very very limited parking which is not good, people tend to pay more for hotels to get all services. When I discussed this with the guy during check in he simply told me to cancel my booking and find rooms somewhere else, which for sure doesn't represent Marriot. I was very disappointed on him and couldn'tdo anythingas my mother was along with us as well. However on the other hand, Reception staff Shahad was very nice with us the next day and arranged the required for us.

Facilities were top notch, comfortable beds and service was good as well. Breakfast was awesome, many varieties plus the live kitchen for omelette purpose was on spot. Hotel has their buses to Masjid as well which was very good. Reception area was very good for short stay.

Everything about my stay at Courtyard Marriott was excellent! The room was spotless, very comfortable, and the breakfast was included with plenty of delicious options. Special thanks to Mr. Youssef Al-Saggaf at the reception for his warm welcome and great service. And honestly, the pillow was the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on — it made my stay even better!

Located in hilly areas, not convenient to walk to Haram. Easy to get taxi but they'll charge you hefty prices. Can look for Careem/Uber but its difficult to find one esp near to prayer times. A bit confusing to get the free shuttle bus, and the bus driver (from Haram station) did not drop us at the hotel and we have to walk uphill about 150m.

Wonderful room, very comfortable beds, and nice shower. Love the interior design, and the hotel smells nice. Bottomless infused drink available at the hotel lobby.

Well as such nothing, only thing is hotel is bit far, which reduces the cost but increases your time.

Had a short stay but was truly happy with the facilities, staff, and everything else. Breakfast was awesome... seriously, is there anything they didn't have? The Haram shuttle runs like clockwork – every half hour, right on the dot at :00 and :30. Coming back, hitting the shuttle timing was a bit trickier for me, so I grabbed a shared taxi instead (costs about 10-15 SAR). Overall, a big shoutout to Taha and Abdul Majeed at reception – they were super helpful and even hooked me up with a late checkout! Really made my stay.

The shuttle service to Haram could be made better and more frequent.

Great service provided by the hotel, staff was extremely friendly and professional especially Abdul Majid, helped throughout the check-in process. The housekeeping staff was extremely helpful too. Breakfast offered was extremely high quality and the staff at the dining floor was very welcoming.
