Nothing to complaint

I liked the location. It's near the airport, and there are nearby establishments like a supermarket, coffee shops, and a gas station. I liked how clean and comfortable the bed was, and they provided 2 pillows in each bed! The television in the living room was huge, it was easy to access and watch.

It would have been better if the cooking pots were complete. Also, we notice that the table by the mirror is about to fall. Maybe it needs fixing.

It was as in the photos shown in the application. So it gives the feeling that we are getting exactly as per our expectations

Rooms are neat and clean, location is great, near grocery store, gas station and shops. The staff is friendly too.

The rooms are bigger, neat and clean. The elevators are mostly free and not crowded. There is a fragrance smell always on the corridors. Very calm. The staff are friendly.

This is my first experience staying in an apartment by avoiding hotel. Our stay is for 3 nights. We found only 5 bottles of water (each 330 ml) for our group of 5 members apart from Tea, Coffee and sugar sachets when we entered. Next day I asked to supply water and they provided only 4 bottles. Later, I felt hesitated to ask them due to their misery attitude and I bought a case of 20 bottles of water which costs SAR 9/-. The kettle in the kitchen was rusty and we did not use at all. Wifi was poor. Our apartment was with 3 A/Cs but they provided only 1 remote control to manage. The cooling was also not good. The A/C was showing 16 but the actual temperature inside room might be above 22. One of the toilets was with bad smell.
