For the price, it was a simple room, the staff were fine but not particularly friendly. For that price and standard it should have been more and at least have breakfast included. Advise against taking a room with a balcony, it is not private and there were people outside my room. I changed to a simple room but was not compensated for the price. Bottom line, standard business hotel if that is what you are looking for.

Great location, better than the far away Four Foints or Serena. Good view over Kigali. Rooftop bar and restaurant was good, staff great. Nice room with wood floor (I do not love carpets in hotels). Quick check-out. Good breakfast. Love to come back.

The morning meal was fine, but the menu stayed the same for our entire 10-day stay. The food got boring, and the vegetables often had grit. Room 3.4's bathroom needs fixing as water escapes when using the shower. The bedroom facing the street was noisy due to ongoing work across the way and honking motorcycles. For a nice city view, pick rooms on the 6th floor or higher.

The hotel sits in the city centre, allowing easy travel around town. The rooms were tidy, and the workers were welcoming. We enjoyed the rooftop pool and restaurant which also provides an excellent view of Kigali city.

I would have given this a 10 but I booked it specifically to use the pool. Was not informed the pool was out of service, even when I asked the reception how to get there. I paid for a pool at another hotel and having been informed the pool was being worked on, would have booked elsewhere entirely.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Room was spacious, clean and the restaurant had amazing views.

They did not fulfil my request for a shuttle from the Airport (via booking.com) and had no knowledge of it. Left me a little stranded after arriving at 10pm

The human capital is lacking behind the level of facilities. Slow check-in with issues with my online reservation. Slow service and communication issues with the roof-top restaurant, in-room service and breakfast staff. It doesn't matter if you have so many staff if they are just chatting among themselves and unaware of guests. Breakfast is underwhelming. They don't know how to cook eggs (over easy? what?). You have to ask for a coffee ( no self-service here) and it comes ages later when your are done eating. Breakfast choice is not impressive if you are used to international hotel stays. Dry muffins, papayas and fried fish.

Good hotel in a great location - you can walk to all downtown locations easily which is great. Room and facilities are new and up to international standards. Wifi was good and working without hassle. Really comfortable bed, large bathroom and soft towels.

Food options could be more for vegetarians. Toilet privacy - if you have a guest in the room - Its annoyingly transparent and blinds don't work :(

During my visit, I chose a double room with a mountain view and a balcony, which was a mistake. First, the balcony does not correspond to my imagination. That is a shared terrace with other guests. I prefer private balcony. Second, Mountain View no longer exists. The building of Ecobank is there and another building is being built. As a result, it is an unsatisfactory city perspective. Finally, the hotel provided me with a bed that was composed of two single beds. It's a clever method, but I prefer a proper double bed.

Breakfast is rated higher than at other hotels. It, for example, serves Fried plantain and a trio of vegetables. In addition, the barista makes excellent coffee.

The lady at the reception wasn’t really welcoming. She seemed bored or even annoyed… She didn’t give us any informations about the facilities, how to acces the pool or gym, time for breakfast or where were the restaurants…

The room was nice. We had the view on the city, and the bath separated from the shower. The pool on top is beautiful and warm! We really enjoy swimming and watching the sunset. The restaurant is also good although it isn’t open air.

There was a lack of hot water for more than a day and the air conditioning was not very cool, so the room felt uncomfortably hot at times.

The stay was very good and staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast and room service were good, the facilities were very clean and well located.

I have no complains everything is perfect but I love to bath with very hot water and it seems they intentionally regulated the temperature of the water in the bathroom. It wasn’t hot enough for me.

I loved the cleanliness and interior of the bedroom where I stayed. I loved the bathroom as well, everything about the hotel trips me. It’s a really nice and beautiful environment. The staff treated us very well and they helped me organize a small birthday party for my husband while we were at the property. It was really beautiful and nice.
