The stay was fine, but I was very disappointed that the hotel refused to provide a genuine RRA EBM invoice and instead gave me an unofficial receipt. As a paying guest, I expect transparency and compliance with Rwanda’s official business regulations.

My stay at Nziza View Hotel was absolutely delightful. The breakfast was superb, featuring a variety of homemade dishes that truly made each morning special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and proactive, always ready to assist with any needs that arose. What stood out the most was the continuous support provided by the team, even for very specific personal needs, whether it was guidance for shopping, or navigating specific locations within the city or country. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and seamless experience was evident in every interaction. I highly recommend Nziza View Hotel for anyone looking for a warm, accommodating stay with exceptional service. Thank you for making my visit so memorable!

Nice for a short stay with really kind staff

I stayed at Nziza View Hotel during my time in Kigali and had a really good experience. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and situated in a peaceful neighborhood with stunning views of the city. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to assist with anything I needed. My room was spacious, tidy, and provided a quiet place to relax before my trip to Akagera National Park. Breakfast was fresh and satisfying, and the restaurant offered a nice selection of both local and international dishes. I also appreciated how calm and laid-back the hotel felt throughout my stay.

We took overnight bus from Kampala to Kigali and arrived early in the morning. The staff kindly let us check in early, which helped us get a good rest. The room and the view from the property is decent and has a balcony, it's quiet at night. There is also a Chinese resturant nearby and i enjoyed night snack there. The breakfast is neat. The staffs were really friendly and assisted us to call boda boda with a fair price.

The Wifi ran poorly tbh. Since we were only staying in Kigali for 3 days, we didn't have a sim card, which meant we often had no internet access. The location is a bit far from the center and bus garage.

The location was cool; walking distance from the Genocide Memorial. Breakfast was good, the rooftop patio was lovely.

There is no cover on the duvet, which I find unhygienic and disturbing. The room was set up for one person despite the booking having been made for two; I had to request an extra towel, pillows, etc. There was a smoke detector that kept beeping that the staff couldn't shut up, so I ended up pulling it off the wall and removing the batteries and putting it outside. Not super safe, but worth the risk in order to actually be able to sleep!

We stayed two nights in Nziza View, to visit some sights in Kigali. The hotel is pretty new and located perfectly, at walking distance from the genocide memorial. Rooms are comfortable and have everything one needs for a comfortable stay. The owners made us feel exceptionally welcome, and offered us all assistance to make our stay perfect. Chef Olivier cooks not only great breakfast but also delicious dinner, all being served at the nice rooftop terrace, with Mount Kigali view. We can only recommend this place to anyone looking for a true home away from home when in Kigali.

-Extremely friendly & helpful Staff: among all the help, general Infos and tips, I was also allowed to leave the room at 3pm, instead of 11 am. I also used their Transfer from/to Airport Service ($15 each way), which I highly suggest. -Very good Food -Good position to quickly reach City center (1.000 Rwf with MotoTaxi). All in all, a pretty new Hotel with small flaws, which once corrected will definitely make this choice one of the best in Kigali, in terms of Price/Quality standing point. Should I choose again a Hotel and not a private apartment for my staying in Kigali, I will definitely pick Nziza View Hotel again. They are Family in Kigali!

-Double Room booked for 2 People, but only one Bedside table and one Bedside electric plug. -Hot water takes 5/10 minutes to come out -Some miscommunication between Staff members -almost every morning (at 6/7 am) there was some noise and loud talking/shouting through the stairs from the Hotel Staff itself.

The calmness

The location of the property is private. The staff were exceptionally awesome and the breakfast was delicious. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
