    Perfect for solo travelers, they picked me up at the airport at 2:00 am and the receptionist Bruno was very professional and friendly. Room, with mosquito nets and private bathroom was big and very clean, with working Wifi. Breakfast was good and customizable. Great services

    Second night there was very loud live music in the hotel grounds until 12.15am and I had an early start at 5am the following morning. Music til 10.30 pm would have been acceptable. There needs to be a better balance between the needs of the hotel residents and events used to attract locals. I wouldn't stay again because of this issue.

    A small tv at the dining room. Chairs and tables are very short, you have to be binding a little bit when eating. Some keys for the accommodation where missing.

    Le location is close to the airport and many other facilities (restaurants, supermarket, bar, sauna and massage). At Martin Aviator you have a reasonable breakfast and a restaurant. You really don't need to go out for food and drinks. Majority of their staff was very professional.

    The receptionist didn't have the booking and was quite unaware of Booking.com No taxi pick at arrival as arranged. Constant power outage which lead to interruption on the internet when I was in a meeting.

    Some staff were very helpful.

    It was hot at night and it would have been nice to have a fan or air conditioner.

    Very close to airport. Convenient. Staff was very friendly and courteous. There was even a live band playing on the premises the night I arrived.

    I think they should be clear that airport dropoffs are to be paid at the moment of Booking. Also my room never had warm water. I had to have a cold shower at 4am to catch my flight.

    My email exchange with the hotel and confirmation clearly stated what I had booked, times of arrival and departure and the price. I paid on arrival and the next morning I was told that I had to pay another $10 for the airport transfer because I wanted drop off. They said only pick up was free, despite what was stated in their confirmation email. 10pm checkout was also included in the confirmation email but I was told that I had to pay an additional $44. Mistakes can happen but if this was a mistake on their part, there was no apology and I left with an 11 hr wait at the airport. They said that the email from the Martin Aviator Reservation Manager via Booking.com must have come from someone else!

    Location is convenient for the airport and new building is very nice and clean

    People partied in the bar until after 1pm and staff continued to talk loudly all night. We got very little sleep after a long flight. We felt a little unsafe as our room door didn’t lock. The room was very old and very budget. Not worth the price.

    Close to airport, prompt service and staff were eager to please.

    Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to several issues that significantly impacted my comfort and well-being. Firstly, upon arriving at the room, I was appalled by the poor cleanliness standards. There were numerous small bugs crawling on the bed sheets, which resulted in multiple bites on various parts of my body within less than three hours of checking in. These bites have caused me considerable discomfort and itching. I have attached both images and a video as evidence of the unsanitary conditions. Secondly, the proximity of the hotel to the nearby bar proved to be extremely disruptive to my sleep. The excessive noise from the bar, including loud music that persisted well past midnight, made it impossible for me to rest properly. Furthermore, after relocating to a different room in the early hours of the morning to escape the insect infestation, I encountered additional problems. The new room was also infested with bugs, and to exacerbate matters, the room's lighting was malfunctioning, and there was no internet connectivity available. Overall, the combination of the hygiene issues, noise disturbances, and technical malfunctions severely detracted from the quality of my stay at your establishment. As a paying guest, I expected a certain level of comfort and service which, regrettably, was not met during this visit. I kindly request that you take immediate action to address these issues and implement measures to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the inconveniences endured during my stay. I hope to receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these matters.     The room wasn't clean and mosquito infected. It is also noisy from vehicular traffic persons passing right behind the window which opens into the street. I don't want to remember the place so I refused to take photos. More so I was made to do double payment.I did my initial payment with my Visa card on the POS machine which multinationed. So I was compelled to pay cash. Days later my bank sent me statement indicating I paid for the Aviator. I notified them and it was resolved.

    Douala isn't a particularly attractive city.

    The free shuttle serves both the airport and the train station. So, if you're coming or going from Douala, this is a convenient place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and gave good information. I like this place enough that I stayed her twice and wasn't disappointed. The restaurant on the ground floor is excellent.

    The room i paid for was not what i expected. However there are other better options.

    The bteakfast (fruits were good), the rest was below average. The staff is amazing; very handy in everything. Proximity to the Hotel-excellent.
