It was a bit cold in the room for my liking The walls are very thin, so we could hear the guests in the room next to ours talk.

The staff was amazingly nice. The breakfast was good, we were told it's usually buffet type, but since there weren't that many guests they brought it to our table. There was no limit to the amount of food you could eat, the nice lady asked us several times if she could get us anything else. The location is great, everything you need is close to the hotel. The blanket for the bed was a bit small for two people, but there should be another one in the closet in case you need it.

The SPA centre wasn't functioning properly. Even if it did, it would be a bit expensive for what you get (it is not included in the price and has to be paid extra)

There was some problem with the hot water in some of the rooms at some time. Like when Im getting a shower, in the other room,my family wasn't having hot water.

The street where the hotel is located is not much to look at, with low housing and no urban planning, but that's characteristic of the city as a whole, so nothing to mind.

The accommodation is akin to a lovely little B&B. Check-in was a breeze, the staff wonderful. Room, while small, was really functional with a double bed, plenty of storage space, extra chairs, mini-bar, full bathroom and a even a tiny terrace. Everything is clean, well-kept and renovated. Reliable wi-fi. Each room has its own key card, there's even a small breakfast/coffee room and a ton of additional wellness activities.

Smoking is allowed in the rooms, so our room smelled very badly. I think it’s annoying even for a smoker.

The location is great. Also, they have a patio at the entrance which is good if it’s raining outside. We spend there some hours in the middle of a storm drinking wine and it was great. Overall, good for one or two nights.

Small apartment. I basically just had beds. There is no key to enter a building, just key to the room. I have to wait 10 minutes one time when there were no staff nearby. But in most cases that was fine, building door was opened immediately. I would not say it is especially quiet - I heard noise from next room but in general acceptable. Breakfast is good but not big enough, just consider that.

Staff is awesome. I communicated with 3 people and got a very good mood after that every talk. Location is close to the city center and not far from both bus station and railway station. Balcony was nice. When arrived, heating was turned on for night so I felt myself very warm that I appreciated.

Clean , excellent value for money , Nis castle in walking distance , we were lucky the annual Jazz festival was starting , so we soaked up the lovely atmosphere , we stayed as we were flying from Sofia the next day and was very pleasantly surprised how nice , clean and cosy the room was

Everything! They called us late to tell us that we could not enter the room until 11:30 pm, because there were some people in the room and they won’t get out. When we finaly did enter the room, thehe was the smell of cleaning chemical stuff the room that we could not catch a breath normaly. There was a lot od noise from some adjacent room, and loud music to, so we could not sleep. The bed was too hard. The matress was like made of concrete. Bed was a bit short and i am 1.85 m, so not a normal bad. Allso the blanket was for one person not two and we asked a twin bed, so the bad was ok in width but the blanket wasn’t … Just not one good thing about them.

Great location, Its about 7-8 min walk to the centre. The stuff is very kind and hopefull. The room is clean, the bed its very comortable. Very quite street.
