We stayed here three nights. Everything about this place is excellent: the location, the style, the cleanliness. Our host Zarko and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. We hope to be able to visit it again!

Everything was super!

We arrived in the evening after a drive through Serbia. We did not have access to internet in Serbia so we were not able to give an estimated time of arrival so I suppose we cought everyone a little by surprise (I guess another party arrived later that night but otherwise the guesthouse was empty). Fortunately somebody found us wandering around in the garden :D. Anyway, it's a old country house. It has couple of apartments in it that share entrance and I guess also a fridge. There is also seating area infront of the house. Our apartment had two rooms, a shower + toilet and cooking facilities. Generally it is a very cosy and a superb alternative to city apartments. The hosts also provide food (so if you want dinner then it is a good idea to let them know when you arrive and also if you want to eat - though we got dinner even though we didn't inform them in advance but just had to wait). The eating place was in a old cellar next to the main house and the food and atmosphere there were also amazing. Also, the whole place is up in mountain so there are a few places with impressive views there. Parking is right infront of the house. A bit sad that we were tired and didn't get a chance to relax outside in the evening with the hosts sharing a wine or two. This place would be great for a longer stay.

Very friendly people, we just slept for traveling further on to Greece. They made this one night stay worth it, nice surrounding , nice food and very nice atmosphäre. Thanks a lot, we can only recommand this appartment!

Nothing I just loved it

I wanted a typical Serbian experience so I choose the very small guest house. The house was very homely. The guest very welcoming. He helped us out in the itinerary. He gave us welcome drink. He took us to his wine cellar. Finally he gave us a very good bottle of wine to take with us. Just fun

Amazing property and host! Cozy place,warm room and the silence were exactly what we needed. The homemade meals,just food for the soul! The owner is friendly,helpful and also the lady that cooked for us,I just love her! Wine and Vinjak were on the house. 20 min from Niš,a minimarket few steps away. The view was fantastic! Anyway,we will come back for sure!

We didn’t stay long enough :)

Well appointed, located on a private dead end street with access to great trails through orchards and vineyards to world class views. Hosts (Zarko, wife and daughter) incredibly hospitable, made us a wonderful meal, engaged in conversation, showed us the wine cellar, and made us feel completely at home. We had 3 kids under 7 with us, and slept comfortably in room 3. Property was beautiful. Highlight accommodation of our 10 day trip around Bulgaria/Serbia/Kosovo/North Macedonia.

A little hard to find the guesthouse. Only a very small sign when you reach the facility.

The scenery is magical, the old hall that works as a restaurant is unexpected and very cozy.The portions of the food are huge and tasty. The two ladies that assisted us in everything were very warm and attentive... But they spoke only serbian! It was very difficult to get any information.

There is no shower hanger in the bathroom, which makes showering more challenging. There is no trampoline (the pictures are a bit misleading). All are miner things, but keep them in mind.

We absolutely enjoyed staying in the guesthouse - the location, the food, the hospitality, the clean and comfortable room.

A great place to stay in the village of Sićevo, near Niš and Niška Banja. The accommodation is spacious, well-furnished, and comfortable. The host is very kind and welcoming, and ready to help.
