The property was ok.

I had 3/4 insects in my room, and those were not flies. There was a spider as big as a bottle cap above my bed and other types of bugs which I don’t know what kind they were. The shower was really bad you cannot adjust the hot water as you wish, seems like there’s a fixes level of temp. Moreover, while taking shower everywhere gets wet in the bathroom despite being careful. There was no shampoo (they used the same liquid soap in the shower too which is not cool). I turned on the ac then i felt a very strange smell coming from the ac and had to quickly close it and refresh the air inside. Breakfast had very limited options.

Greeted by a very professional reception woman with well spoken English. Everything was ready when I arrived so no painful filling out of forms. I was in my room in no time. Lots of free parking and fast internet. The place is clean, bright and feels very safe, smells nice too.

The location is a little far out but only a short drive to anywhere - Mega Maxi etc.

The hotel exterior looks modern and the location was reasonably convenient for getting around.

The room we were given was very basic and did not resemble the photos shown online. It felt outdated and lacked comfort. The front desk staff was not very accommodating, which made the overall experience less welcoming.

The location seems to be a hotel in town, but it is actually a motel before the town entry. Still, they did everything to make you feel this as little as possible: nice architecture/design, large spaces, large rooms, many lights, very confortable, generous parking. Most of all, the staff offers a great treatment to guests, rarely seen: they are extremely kind, committed, prompt, helpful. Congratulations to the entire team!

Breakfast is very good considering the affordable price. Personally, I believe they could charge 2-3 more euro and increase a bit variety and the quality of the fruit juice. Otherwise, had a consistent meal.

The receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. Good sized room allowing privacy to mum and dad.

Noise in the room from poor sound insulation. light coming in from under the door. Smell of tobacco throughout the hotel as the staff were smocking inside. When we said that our room stunk they replied that in Serbia smocking is legal anywhere they want. Lack of variety in the morning buffet some bread was not fresh.

The Hotel was very nice and convenient.

Everything was good, except one thing, there was a constant smell of cigarettes throughout the building. (thank goodness not in our room)

It has a strategic location, very close to the motorway.

Food served in the restaurant was excellent.

Everything was fine.

Good place for overnight stay. Please keep away from restaurant. Risotto was awful.
