On the downside, the hotel could be cleaner, especially the terrace, and there was a bit of dust in the corners of the room.

The Balkan Garni Hotel is quite decent, located in a good area for those who prefer to stay outside the city center. The breakfast is perfectly acceptable, and the rooms are comfortable.

We loved the very spacious room and the big balcony. The location is a bit far from the center, we thought we could walk, but not exactly! Other than that, the staff was very welcoming, and super professional. Comfy beds!

My room was on the side of a noisy street. But do not worry, there are also rooms on the side of a more silent street. But the price is affordable, so I guess you get what you've payed for. The entrance is not nice - it is an old shopping center, it looks deserted.

The room is clean with a big terrace which is a plus, the shower is a bit old but still very clean. The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is really really good ! You have a supermarket 3 min walking from the hotel.

Nice little hotel with very good and helpful staff. It is situated very close to a busy bus-and tram street and the buses go to the city center. Our room, which had a balcony, was quiet and nice with an extra room on the side. Breakfast was good.

No free parking in surrounding. No local control over air conditioning (only central air conditioning system), which leaves the room very warm.

Good for short stay, all amenities in the near vicinity. Good connection to the city center via public transport.

We usually get a spacious family room that faces the street, but this time we got a smaller room that faces the inside of the mall. The view was ugly and we couldn't open the balcony to control the temperature and it was too hot. Also, the hotel used to be better value for the money, recently it has gotten more expensive.

We always stay here when we come to Belgrade. The staff is responsive and kind. The rooms are sparkling clean and the breakfast is delicious.

The hotel doesn’t have its own building. It’s a part of a plaza, a very old plaza.

The building itself is old, and the hotel is inside a plaza. Cannot say it is the best hotel setup, but it is totally more than worth the money. The staff is exceptional. Milos and Natasa at front desk welcomed us and made superhuman effort to make our stay better. We had a bad experience at the border gates, but Garni staff reversed that experience. They were really nice and helpful. I dont know the name of the lady responsible for the food area but she was also super nice to us.

The hotel was a bit hard to find since its main entrance is in the opposite side of the main street and the lanes leading there were somewhat unobvious.

Great location near the bus/tram stop, not very far from the centre. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, speaking English. Room was as expected - clean and convenient - and the breakfast appeared to be quite generous and energetic.

It's a 20 minute bus ride from the centre and just off an unprepossessing road. But it's probably quite a nice neighbourhood in the streets behind the road. The bus stop is close and the buses are frequent and (at the time of writing) free!

Very kind and helpful staff. Clean room. Good sized room. Excellent view from one of the rooms. Felt safe and well looked after.

Parking is VERY difficult, a continous struggle to find a parking place. Breakfast - basic, difficult finding decent things to eat. Low quality windows - we could hear all the noises from the busy street Very thin walls, we could hear eveything from the next door room.

Clean room, decent size. Good and helping staff. Decent price considering hight NYE prices. Good restaurants in the near vecinity (10min walk)

The breakfast was a good selection and plenty of it! More fruit, may be berries would be welcome. I thought the hotel was nearer the centre than it was. Took a while to work out the buses.
