Very good location, right next to the old town. Staff was very helpful, kind and they fulfilled our requests. Room was huge and nice old furnished.

Nothing really

I liked the location in the heart of the city, the size of the room, the architecture.

Many things could have been better. In order to access the room, especially at night, when the reception closes, you have to enter two 8 digits codes that you receive at check in, one for the building and one for the room. We had a problem with the access code to the building at 10:30 PM with a child who needed a bathroom. The code did not work so I have called customer support who gave me another code, maybe the master since the building remained unlocked after we got in. The customer support person reminded me that her work schedule has ended. Second thing, we were there during the weekend. Friday and Saturday we couldn't sleep since there is a outdoor disco nearby. The music was so loud that you could still hear it with the windows closed (our room had a street view). We were not informed about that. From the reception they told me that they could not do anything since that disco is authorized by the mayor of Sighisoara. Moreover, when trying to close the bathroom window, the curtain rod fell on my husband head. The customer support said that my husband stepped on the curtain and that is why the rod fell. Very disturbing attitude of the stuff. I have never encountered this in any of my many journeys in Romania and outside my country.

Plenty of room, spacey. Comfortable beds. The location is excellent, close to the castle.

We were 3 indicated, but the bed was only prepared for 2, had to look for the extra sheets ... In case of floor carpet, stg. would need under dirty muddy shoes.

The room is very clean, and the sheets and towels are fresh. The location is excellent, and the building is charmingly old. The staff is polite.

Although the room was located on the top floor, it was surprisingly noisy — sounds from neighboring rooms were clearly audible, and the floors creaked with every step. Most disappointing, however, was that despite booking a deluxe room, I was given a standard one. It lacked the promised city view and king-sized bed, and instead had a very small bed. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, they refused to acknowledge the error. Additionally, the air conditioner dripped continuously whenever it was turned on.

Excellent location, and lovely old hotel with a traditional feel.

There was nowhere to eat or drink in the hotel; granted, there are cafes close at hand, but it would have been nice to have some facilities in the hotel itself.
