You have to walk 15 minutes to go to the beach. The parking is crowded when the hotel is full.

Room are clean and the furniture was in good conditions. Air conditioning worked well and the temperature in the room can be adjusted to your preferences. The pool, even is not too big, is nice and clean. The breakfast was ok as the per the paid price. The coffee was really good.

The stuff didn't really know the area very well, so while there were plenty of parking slots available, they didn't know to guide us- we found them by exploring.

They have a beautiful patio by the restaurant but it’s not open - you need to go around and stay there, the gras everywhere in Neptun it’s not green and this doesn’t not look appealing,the parking space - not enough but this is again a Neptun problem not only this hotel. I would like to add that they need to rearrange the rooms so you can use it properly - I mean about the tv and the beauty table - they need to switch them so you can see to the tvz

The location its perfect (for us),staff super friendly and nice, was clean and the pool it’s cleaned each night. This is a super advantage when you want to lay by the pool.

Nice round pool, not crowded, clean water. Trees around the pool. Small rooms, but clean. Large parking in front of the hotel. It isn't luxurious, but it is a good place to rest. Nice young stuff. 10 minutes walk to the beach through the beautiful Neptun lakes.

One of the room we booked, had the shower broken and after telling the staff the shower was not fixed. On the first day of our stay, due to the large flow of people, the breakfeast was not the best, the juices and milk were diluted a lot with water. The next day, when the flow of people decreased, the food was better and even the juices were better. However, we will return with pleasure because the encountered problems were not deal breakers to us

The location is close to the Train station and not so far away from the beach. The coffee was very good. Although we arrived much earlier than the check-in time, we were allowed to leave our luggage with them. At the same time, the room was offered to us 3 hours earlier than the check-in time.

I didn't like the staff. They were very arrogant, at the reception we did not receive the bracelets for breakfast and it was not even explained to us where we would be able to serve breakfast. The food was very bad and few dishes. The linen was not changed during my stay and the towels were changed only once in 3 days. The parking lot is very small, I couldn't find a parking space. The price is not commensurate with the services

The food is rubbish,cold, and poor quality,not a variety, as expected .Pork and beef meat is not served. Lots of assortments from the menu are not available for customers. The rooms are smelly, bathroom execrable with a mixture of smells,in principle cigarette smell. There is no consideration for health and fire safety,as the ash tray is in the bedroom, next to the water glasses,despite the law prescriptions. No smoking signs are displayed in the rooms, and this allows people to smoke in. The beach they have in partnership are filty,full of tabs. I would not recommend anyone to accommodate in. I checked out from the hotel the next morning and requested a refund. There is no attraction in the area either.

AC in my room broke, receptionist was rather unhelpful… we had to wait 30 min to check in even if we paid in advance. They prioritised other guests who arrived later.

Breakfast was rather ordinary, the hotel has good facilities, rooms are clean, ok balcony.
