They treated everyone with so much respect and made us feel like part of their community from the moment we arrived. Even the little things they did, like a smile or stopping for a quick chat, made such a huge difference and really stuck with me. The island itself is absolutely stunning — crystal-clear water, lush green mountains, and such a peaceful vibe. The activities were amazing too: snorkeling with reef sharks, fishing at sunset, climbing the mountain for those epic views, learning on the medicine walk, or just kicking back in a hammock soaking it all in. Between the people, the adventures, and the beautiful surroundings, it felt like the perfect mix of connection, relaxation, and fun. I can’t wait to go back one day.”

    “Our stay at Mantaray was nothing short of exceptional. The whole setup there is excellent and promotes both relaxation and cultural learning. The staff are a standout with an eclectic mix of personalities - Jim, Rapote and Anna were standouts for us. We took part in the village tour which is a must-do, the hand-line fishing which was good fun for an afternoon and a number of the free activities such as the Meke (dance show) and Kava ceremony. All of which were timely and good fun. We have already said we’ll be back again which is no small thing as we’re literally from the other side of the world!”

    “Rosa and Jerry’s homestay is really wonderful. You can experience all the Fijian culture here. All of the guys here are very friendly and welcoming. And the food here is amazing so yummy and fresh, it’s better than any restaurant, Evelyn I miss your food so much! This is the place that when you back to your country you will miss every day. The most closest beach(Blue Lagoon) is so beautiful, you could chill for the whole day there. Vinaka all the people we meet there, we miss you guys so deeply. Definitely will come back next time!”
