    “Casa Balat is a fantastic home, very beautiful, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Our family of 5 (3 kids 20, 18, 14) had a wonderful stay. We were feeling so good in this home that it was painful to leave for couple of hours for visiting around.”

    “Newly refurbished and in great location in Ragusa Ibla. Enrico the owner and the others working there were welcoming and made me feel at home. The room was perfect, comfortable bed and very nice pillows and with a balcony overlooking the landscape. Sunrise from balcony is good. Enrico was very helpful and gave recommendations for restaurants and things not to miss. Downstairs they have the chocolate factory and I learned a bit about the history of Modica chocolate. Tried the chocolate and also bought with me a couple of bars, pistachio paste, hot chocolate cacao. Thank you.”
