    “⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Stay in Budapest The EST Grand Savoy Hotel was a fantastic base for our time in Budapest. The location is spot on—close enough to easily reach all the sights and experiences you’d want as a tourist, yet far enough away from the main hustle to feel relaxed and comfortable. The rooms are exceptionally large, which is such a luxury in a European city hotel, and the rooftop terrace is absolutely beautiful—a wonderful spot to unwind after a day of exploring. But what really sets this hotel apart is the staff. The reception team were easily the most helpful we’ve come across in our travels for a long time. A special mention goes to Monika, who set the tone for our entire stay. She spent time walking us through the area, giving tips and advice you simply don’t expect at check-in. That personal touch made our visit far more enjoyable and memorable. All in all, a beautiful hotel with an unbeatable combination of comfort, location, and service. Highly recommended!”

    “Hotel is placed at a walking distance from the city center, near Landstrasse. It has an underground safe parking at 15 eur/day. If you ask they make your room and change the towels every day. If not, they return you 3 eur for each day you consider that is not necessary.A very attentive and friendly personal is expected yoy during the breakfast or in front of the desk at the reception. Breakfast is also a good point of this hotel. There are scrembled eggs and bean as cold dishes, then vegetables, fruits, and a lot of cheese selection. Then yogurt, croissants, cakes, jam with or without sugar, even pancakes, as dessert. You have microplants to garnish your meal, and you can make your own natural juice with fruits or vegetables. There are 3 rooms, cozy decorated for having breakfast. Coffee is also exceptional. We have gratitude thanks for the whole team of the hotel. They work well and make our journey memorable.”

    “The location was excellent, with a balcony to sit on and enjoy the view of Belgrade. It is in the city centre and close to the shops and bus station. The staff were friendly, well presented, very helpful and professional. They let me check in an hour earlier and check out an hour later. They even allowed me to leave my luggage at reception after checkout to have lunch in a local restaurant before going to the airport, which I appreciated very much. There was a porter until 10:00 pm at the front door, which gave me a sense of safety. I expected the room to be bigger - good photography angles of room taken to make it appear bigger. Though the views from the windows were amazing! It was air conditioned, which was wonderful after a day out in the heat. I expeced there to be complimentary shampoo, and body wash. There was something, but not of any quality. Despite it being an old building, I expected clean walls and carpets, which was not the case. I had to carry my luggage to the 9th floor, as the lift only went to the 8th floor. The towels were old with a couple of holes in them. All in all, it was a positive experience, due to the kind staff. The facilities need an upgrade. I also had a massage in my room, organized by the hotel reception manager, which was great.”
