“I've never seen such a terrible hotel. The inside was filthy. I booked the hotel, paid, went, and couldn't get my door card from the machine. The machine was broken. I called for an hour, and finally, a very sullen woman appeared, angry, and opened the door for us. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and it was 2:30 a.m. when I got to the room. The beverage machine was broken, and I couldn't get any water. I will never go to that hotel again.”
