“Back in 1983 we took my mother on a coach holiday and stayed in this hotel, which then was run by the grandmother of the present owner. At that time we found it a superb place to stay. Many years later we found ourselves in Westendorf again and booked into this hotel again, only to find that it was run by the mother of the present owner. Again, a superb hotel. This time we found the owner welcoming above the norm and extremely friendly, and the hotel beautifully maintained, clean and comfortable. As for the breakfast.... The best we have ever had.”
