The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with recommendations or small details that make you feel at home. The wellness area (charged extra, but with a nice discount for hotel guests) is a real highlight – it works on a private basis, so you can truly relax without crowds, making it perfect for couples or anyone looking for privacy.
Breakfast is another strong point: it’s rich in local specialties, fresh pastries, cheeses, and seasonal products, so you really get a taste of the region.
Rooms are cozy, nicely decorated, and well maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you might need. The atmosphere of the whole hotel is warm and personal, very different from big chain hotels.
All in all, it’s a perfect choice for a short city break or a relaxing weekend. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who values comfort, authenticity, and a welcoming atmosphere.”
“Excellent location, top of the mountain. Excellent refurbished common spaces, and reasonably good rooms. Staff was excellent and welcoming, as we got a call as we were coming late and it was nice to see they cared. We were the only customers in one of the nights in June (stayed for two nights on our way to Italy). We had a nice run on the empty trails in the morning, our dog was equally delighted. Again, highly recommended, specifically thanks to the girls and guys managing the place.”
