    “This was the second time I stayed at this hotel. No issues. I will be returning in September and can't forsee any issues. The staff were excellent. Dealt with Ann Marie who was very helpful and professional, as we're all the staff I encountered during the stay. Friendly and chatty which helped feel welcoming. The room was basic with a comfortable double bed, however it did a good job of decent night's sleep. I spent a lot of time sight seeing and travelling but a nice bed to come back to was a bonus. I didn't sample the restaurant, swimming pool or gym facilities during this visit but maybe on the next visit.”

    “We had a family, room, it was big, enough for all 4 of us. There was a little fridge, which is handy in hot weather, it even had hidden kitchen, but we booked breakfast so didn't need it. Breakfast were good, fresh bread which is always nice to have in a morning 😊”

    “We had two large rooms which were both perfect. One was easy wheelchair accesible on the ground floor; the other a large room on the second floor. Everything served at breakfast is very tasty and the staff is perfect. This was our fifth(?) stay in this hotel already. Public transport is just around the corner at the trainstation.”

    “Location was ideal for us, being very close to the train station. Easy to get the Tram into the centre as well. The room was extremely comfortable and everywhere was spotlessly clean. We were fortunate to stay on a special summer promotion, otherwise this hotel would have been beyond our budget for this trip!”

    “We managed to stay in two rooms (we booked one night at first, then two more, but in a higher category room). Both rooms were incredibly beautiful. The first (simpler) one was huge, with a sofa, a desk, a dressing table and a large wardrobe. Honestly, it was like a whole flat! The bathroom was also large and clean. The second room was smaller, but still quite suitable. And it was more functional (wired internet, light sensors). The bathroom was also large. There are bathrobes! At least somewhere in 2025 they still exist. And a full minibar. The hotel is decorated in a traditional classic style. High ceilings, luxurious lifts. Hollywood divas of the 1950s could have stayed here. The staff are very polite and helpful.”
