“Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and polite staff. Breakfast was simple but good, with fresh products. Rooms were comfortable and spotless, with towels changed daily. The resort also has a nice bar (payments only in local currency), sports courts, and a large pool accessible at any time, even in the evening. Communication could be a bit tricky if you don’t speak the language, but everyone was always willing to help. Overall, a great choice for your stay!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Panorama Resort in Elbasan. The hotel is located on top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views over the city. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always checking if everything is okay. There can be a small language barrier at times, but it’s never a real problem. The hotel is still working on some final touches, but it’s clear that step by step it’s becoming a truly great place to stay. A special mention goes to the man at the reception – his hospitality and helpfulness are simply invaluable for the hotel. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it!”
