    “This was my third visit at this property. I must say it never stops surprising me how well trained the staff is. I do travel a lot and can say when the service is good or bad however this hotel has one of the best trained staff. Absolute top. This will be my main reason to return in very near future.”

    “It was in a good location, 5 minutes away from the train station. Lots of choice for breakfast! Great views of the Tatra mountains. Weather was hot but the rooms remained cool! The smoking areas on each floor was good!”

    “It was absolutely superb. The smell of the wood when we entered our apartment, brought our childhood memories. We slept really well, beds super comfortable, every detail in the hotel has been carefully and thoroughly considered. Staff were attentive, receptionist really helpful, and food ( breakfasts and dinner ) was delicious with variety of choice. We really enjoyed our stay and my brother enjoyed his birthday treat.”

    “Location is the best! We booked room with the lake view, and that was the best decision ! Stunning views! Caffe/restaurant is very cozy and with lots of options. Even for me as a vegan they made some vegan dish and had vegan dessert! Also included breakfast was sooo goood, never ever in my life I had tofu and guacamole at the hotels breakfast!!! Amazing! It was short stay but so enjoyable!”
