  “We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful wooden house on the hillside, surrounded by vineyards. The veranda offers an amazing view of the mountains and nearby vineyards. The house is very spacious, perfect for family meals and comfortable enough for a big family with its three bedrooms. The atmosphere is peaceful, with only forest and countryside sounds — truly idyllic. Nearby farms with sheep, cows and other animals add to the charm. For a large family it was very practical to have both a dishwasher and a washing machine. The hosts are fantastic — they produce excellent wines from their vineyards. On their farm you can also enjoy a tractor or donkey ride, relax in the swimming pool, and have delicious breakfasts or dinners. The location is great for exploring many interesting places, both well-known and hidden gems: Brežice, Olimje, Kostanjevica, local caves, Čatež with St. Vid, Novo Mesto, Samobor, Zagreb, Kumrovec, and the beautiful Krka river. With the highway you can easily reach further attractions in about 2 hours, such as Vintgar, Bled, Bohinj, Postojna or Škocjanske Caves. Truly a perfect place for a relaxing family holiday in a beautiful region!”

  “The host was very helpfull and nice. The river is just next to the house and you can see and hear it when you open the windows. The water park Terne Catez is less than 10 minutes away”

  “Very friendly and helpful lady at the desk, who gave me a lot of tips for the rest of my roadtrip. Rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable; everything one could ask from a hostel. Showers and wifi were great as well, fully recommended place!”

  “We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is a beautiful country house facing the Slovenian hills in a very quiet environment. The house is nicely decorated, very well equipped and the cleaning was impeccable. We are delighted with our experience. Also a very nice touch were the fresh flowers in every room and the fruit basket and bottle of wine that were waiting for us. We will most definitely stay here again!”

  “The pools are clean, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean. We chose the small room and it is spacious. Food is amazing. Breakfast is great, a lot of different kind of food and they switch every day. There were a lot of visitors, but you could swim nontheless, the lazy river is amazing as well. They clean everything everyday so it is really great.”

  “Just a quick overnight stay during ultracycling race, but I was very satisfied. The owner woke up at 5am to open me a bike storage room. Very good communication and approach.”

  “We booked two rooms with breakfast as a family. The rooms were clean and spacious. The view outside was just industrial trains. The check-in and check-out system is well organized, and you receive the door code on time. You can choose and indicate your breakfast time, but there wasn’t enough stock during breakfast. We had chosen to have breakfast at 8:15, but there was not much choice left and almost everything was gone. When we asked the staff for an explanation, they said they hadn’t expected so many reservations, and that’s why everything was finished. The staff were not solution-oriented and didn’t know what to say in such a situation. Very dry, without any apology, they just said, “It’s simply gone because there were too many reservations.” How is that possible?”
