    “Incredibly nice staff, great price, I will definitely stay here on my next visit in Salvador. Short walking distance to the old city, buses passes outside the door, ~5 min walk to metro, nice supermarket/café next doors. It's on old motel that is being remodeled to a hotel.”

    “We had a very nice experience at Pousada da Mangueira. The property is conveniently located—not in the town center, but on the road leading to all the tours to the lagunas, which makes it a perfect starting point for exploring the Lençóis. The owner, Nelson, is kind and helpful. He came to pick us up directly at the station, showing great care for his guests. He also helped us organize one of the tours we hadn’t planned yet. We appreciated the possibility to take a shower on the last day after the dune tour, even though we had already checked out. The pousada is clean, new, and offers a good breakfast. The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming. Thank you, Nelson!”
