    “Very central.”

  • “I really liked the beautiful hotel building tucked away in a small park, and the location is good, just a 10-minute walk from the train station. The room was nice and clean, and you could even see a bit of Neuschwanstein Castle from the window.”

  • Hotel Fürstenhof Review score: 5

“Handy location for visiting Neuschwanstein Castle.”

  • “I especially like the following 2 areas: - It has its own basement car park which has a lift that reach directly to the floor we stay. Need to pay though. - The breakfast is of great value at €14.50, the spread is similar to the other hotels that charge €20 or above. Besides the usual variety of bread, it even provides cheese cake 😘”

“Location and parking plus a lift to access the upper floors. The restaurant bar on the ground floor was helpful and as accommodating as they could be as they also had a large birthday party being celebrated”

  • Hotel Weinbauer Review score: 10

“This hotel is located in the town of Schwangau, just a short distance from the cable car and Neuschwanstein Castle, about a 30-minute walk away. There’s a beer garden next door, and across the street, you’ll find a supermarket and a post office. Behind the hotel, there’s also a visitor center where travelers can get all kinds of information. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly! They even lent me a pair of scissors so I could cut the tags off my newly purchased dirndl and wear it the next day. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay close to Neuschwanstein Castle while experiencing authentic Bavarian village life. This hotel is absolutely wonderful—I’ve already started planning my next trip to come back here!”
