    “The property was lovely - very clean and comfortable, peaceful and secluded. There was great attention to all sorts of minor details which created a homely feel. The hosts were thoughtful and kind, nothing was too much trouble -thank you. The situation was little off the beaten track, as we prefer but was also close to easy motorway access. The breakfast included delicious homemade jams by both Paule and her fruit growing neighbours! Excellent with Paule's homemade brioche. The external areas were great to relax in on the evening of our arrival and for an al fresco breakfast (August) All in all a great place to stay.”

    “Lovely place to stay with very forthcoming host, refurbished French farmhouse in a quiet and nice area, a great room well equipped with shower, swimming pool outside as well as tables where to dine and have breakfast enjoying the environment. The hosts know the area very well and took the time to help us with advice on where to go and what to look out for. A very pleasant stay and we look forward to coming back as soon as we come this way again.”

    “Fantastic place to stay in the countryside overlooking the landscape and the cities of Lectoure and Fleurance at the horizon. Offered all the views of the pleasant northern Gers country. Large swimming pool overlooking the hills, very well equipped rooms with large showers and spacious, too. The hosts were very sweet, welcoming and forthcoming arranging for two excellent rooms next to one another, we traveled as a party of four. Great breakfast overlooking the garden. A small road leads up to the large house. Only 15 minutes drive to Lectoure and very nice restaurants such as L'Atelier Gourmand were we went in the evening, fabulous meal. We stayed two nights and enjoyed every minute of it and again the host Daisy took very good care of us. There are three very social and nice dogs that greeted us as we arrived, hanging around in the garden. Can strongly recommend an extended stay at La Canners, we will certainly return when we have the opportunity!”
