“Beautiful views from the tent and the restaurant area. It is great to shower outside. The petrified forest run by the Blaukranz community is a must. The new owner Johan and his friend Sarel just took over so a lot will change even for the better. Nothing is too much for them. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.”

“This was our favourite campsite during our 2-week roadtrip in Namibia. The location is very peaceful and safe. The space is huge, a large private plot with a bathroom, a toilette, an outdoor dishwashing area and a BBQ area. Everything was crystal clear, spacious, cozy, therevwasbhot water every time. We could buy delicious meat from the owners and grilled it on the fire - it was great :) The son of the owner was super kind and helpful. I fully recommend this campsite, especially for those on a roadtrip with a tented car. This clean and peaceful location was such a relief after the other crowded campsites.”

Wish we had stayed an extra day to use teh facilities but we had to leave very early the next day. they were able to do a packed breakfast for the whole group....though the choices for vegans was limited.”
