“All the staff or colleagues in hotels are very lovely. We are all satisfied for theirs service. Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes is 10 mins to walk from the hotel. Their a lot of shops nearby also. I can recommend this hotel, Astoria Vatican. 😍😍😍😍”
“The owner of Hotel Croix des Bretons interacted with me the moment we arrived, he shared his recent visit to India 2025 ... Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore etc., so this personal connect makes one feel comfortable. Check in was immediate as I arrived at 3.30pm as I had givenpriorintimation. I was told as per my request for a room on a high floor plus facing the front of the hotel and this was aptly taken care. We were given a room on the 6th floor and front facing. The surprise bit was that we could see the Fort of Lourdes from our window...awesome view. The air conditioning worked well. Cause on 6th september 2025 the outside afternoon temperature reached 33 degrees which is rather rare for this time of the year and the air con brought all the coolness necessary. The breakfast is standard european with 3 types of breads, toasters, 2 types of cheeses, cold cuts meat, fresh full apples and oranges plus canned fruits, boiled eggs on self service, jams, 2 types of cakes, yogurts, museli, corn flakes, vending machines of tea, coffees, cold drinks, etc, etc, So it's quite a decent spead for breakfast for my 4 nights stay. The Basilica of Our Lady of Lourdes is at a very short distance. Lots of choice of restaurants in a 300 meter radius, including an Indian restaurant. The owner lady helped me with a connector plug for my phone charging as I was finding it difficult to locate my own travel plug 🔌 which later I found my own and like an honest Indian I returned the plug 🔌 to the reception. This Hotel is run by good owners, thus their employees are also good and polite during every interaction be it the restaurant employees, the house keeping employees etc. This was a great 4 nights stay. Thank-you.”
“Location good. Right in the middle of the town. We had a good basic room with two windows looking over the river. It was lovely. The room was quiet at night after 10pm. The shower was good. There is a lift and car park.”
