“Front desk staff were amazing, so friendly, all with strong English and other languages. Cleaners were very efficient and friendly. Hotel is very quiet, a very nice change in Lourdes. Location is brilliant, central without tripping over too many other pilgrimages. Hotel never feels overbooked like others can.”

“It was our first visit to Lourdes and we felt warmly welcomed for an early check-in by Sabine. She is friendly and very helpful (she also booked our taxi to the train station)
The location is perfect as the Sanctuary is a stone's throw away , everything is within walking distance with lots of choices for restaurants and shops around. The hotel has conveniently a few lifts depending on which floor the rooms are located and plenty of very clean toilets in the lobby area. There are some sitting spaces and a piano and a guitar if you want to entertain and relax.
Our room was spacious and clean with three comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms.Great choice of continental breakfast all fresh and plentiful and cooked choices as scrambled eggs and sausages.

“As a family of 7, we booked 3 rooms and were pleased with the location. It had all the restaurants, shops, convenience stores within walking distance and so we did not need to take any sort of public transport during our time there. We came there on a pilgrimage to Our Lady of Lourdes so it was an easy walk to explore it everyday as we wanted. We paid for the buffet breakfast option which was nice although pricey, the variety was okay but the convenience of it was good. The beds were comfy and amenities were provided. The staff tried their very best to accommodate us despite the language barriers and they were lovely :)”
