“While my stay had a few setbacks, such as the room cleaner walking in while I was showering, difficulties with the app for opening the door, and issues with the Chromecast on the TV, everything else far exceeded my expectations. The room service was exceptional, laundry services were prompt and well-handled, and the receptionist was friendly and professional. The food was also delicious and added to the overall positive experience. Despite a few hiccups, it was still a good stay, and I truly appreciated the great service and attention to detail.”
