    “I absolutely loved my time at this hotel. I arrived super late, but the staff welcomed me and my dog like we were family. They put me on the upper floor in the back building, which is something I always ask for and rarely get. The room was enormous, tons of space, with a large bathroom that had plenty of hot water with good pressure. It was spotless clean, and had a charming fireplace in the corner. The fridge was almost a full-sized fridge with a proper freezer section which easily held and froze my ice packs. They also left an ice cube tray which was very helpful. The air conditioner was powerful and kept our room nice an cool. There is a large grassy courtyard around the hotel which is lovely for walking at night. We checked out quite late and were not charged extra. Rather, they were so kind that they helped me carry my things out to my car! They also have lovely campfire and a BBQ pit in the yard around the hotel. It was so quiet, I could not hear any traffic from the highway nearby. I would definitely stay here again!”

    “A beautiful house which felt like a very welcoming home. The owners Mike and Cindy were delightful and together with their family and staff couldn’t do enough for us. We had a magnificent bedroom with a lake view. Plenty of towels including beach towels. Constant supply of tea and coffee with home baking. Breakfasts were delicious and also homemade. Free use of bikes and kayaks which we made good use of.”
