The grand bath hints at a more modern era, while the suites lean heavily on vintage charm — complete with a ridged soap dish and an emergency alarm system proudly installed in the late ’80s. The carpet endures everything, which is just as well, since it clearly was never meant to be replaced. The bed, though — to be fair — is comfortable.”
