“The hotel feels fresh and new, with spacious, very clean rooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the TV included Netflix. The mattress was extremely comfortable with good-quality linens, and there was plenty of storage for clothes. The room also had a dining table and chairs, which was a nice touch, and breakfast was delivered to the room each morning.
The bathroom, while spotless and well-equipped with hot water, good pressure, fluffy towels, and a heated mirror, felt a bit small compared to the size of the bedroom.
Service was friendly and accommodating — we don’t speak Spanish, but they were happy to communicate using Google Translate and gestures. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our 3-night stay, but I’m sure if we had requested it, they would have done so. They also allowed us to use the fridge and provided boiling water on request.
The location is excellent, just one block from the town square, surrounded by shops and restaurants. I recommend visiting on a weekend to enjoy the lively markets here and in nearby Alegría, which is just a short and inexpensive bus ride away.”
