“The hotel was excellent. The reception staff were very friendly, especially Tarek (Abu Saleh) who helped us a lot with discounts for an extra night and the spa.
The room was nice but needs some renovation, especially the bathroom.
The hotel is very spacious, the evening entertainment was great, and the spa was absolutely amazing with very kind staff from the reception to the lifeguard.
The only negative point is that bringing outside food into the hotel is not allowed.”
