“The breakfast was delicious and the place is very pretty.
On the last day, despite not being there for breakfast because we had to leave very early, they prepared breakfast for us to take away.
Always very kind.”
“Location is great, it's right opposite the station and 5 min walking to the bus stand. Very close to the market and local amenities. The staff are fantastic- its very very busy place and the calmness with which the 2 ladies at reception managed check in / outs, storing and retrieving bags and providing guidance, answering questions - hats off to them.
Rooms are basic but clean.
Check out is at 10am so if you have an early ticket for Macchu Picchu it's impossible to be back in time so one has to check out and store your bags there till you take the train. If they have availability the staff are kind enough to give you an extended check out, which in our case given that we had 3 rooms they obliged.”
“Location is very good. It's away from the noise and traffic of main square but the main square is 12 min walking. There is everything around including a laundry service that manages a service wash and drops to the hotel. It's opposite of the hotel. The restaurant has a buffet and a show every night - buffet is great and super value for money. Drink at the bar too are well made.
Staff are wonderful. I'll give them 11 on 10. Very helpful and efficient and very welcoming.
The breakfast is amazing. Its fresh and good quality. There is one section on just local food! In addition there is gluten free food, eggs to order and lots of variety of fruits and bread. AND it opens at 3am!
The rooms are very nice and come equipped with heaters and air con. Very clean too.”
“The staff tried to accommodate you best they could given the situation. Really though, it is more like a backpacker hostel except you get a private room and bathroom but not much more. The laundry service was cheap and good. They let me use their phone to order takeaway which helped me alot. They printed things I needed without charging my room.”
