    “the apartment i stayed in is not the apartment advertised. They have multiple apartments take you to a place not as nice. because the " water is off" or " power doesn't work". So after 3 tries the first 2 places were really gross the place I did stay was ok. the cleaning lady was awesome.”

I would say that currently this is the very good option for staying in Nikolaev if you prefer proximity to the infrastructure and city center. Spacious apartment with an amazing view of the town and Tcentralny avenue from the windows. A convenient decor and furniture. There is nothing to complain about, everything was just good about this apartment! The apartment was super clean.The apartment are equipped with everything you would need for a living. Perfect location in a quiet and prestigious area of Nikolaev, only 2 minutes away from a big supermarket ATB and City Center. Some nice restaurants just a few minutes away from the apartment. The night city view from the windows is amazing... Will definitely come back again!”

    “Very nice owner, very helpful and who answered very fast. The apartment is big and well furnished. We liked the washing machine and the balcony. The bed was confortably hard, just like we like it. It's on the ground floor. And very well located: 3minutes to the big pedestrian street with all kind of shops and restaurants. We warmly recommend the place!”
